Course description: A 6-week series discussing how to achieve a fully healthy life in the eyes of motherhood. This course will address four areas of health including Mental, Social, Nutritional, and Physical and finish with a session on how to set SMART goals. We will spend time discussing identity, purpose, communication styles, manageable healthy eating, and so much more.

Description: weekly or biweekly online meetings to discuss individual needs and coaching in whatever area you prefer to address. There will be customized conversations and resources to meet where you are struggling. All recommendations and goal setting will be individual to your current needs modified as necessary. Can be purchased individually, as a package, or as a monthly subscription.
